The Company advises that Toho Zinc Co., Ltd completed the compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares in CBH on 22nd September 2010. Those shareholders whose shares have been compulsorily acquired will be
contacted shortly as to the process by which they may claim the consideration due to them.
The Company will shortly request to be removed from the official list of the Australian Stock Exchange.
